Hypertension affects 44.5% of adults aged 30–79 (95% CI: 35.7–53.8; 2019), and only 22.4% of people with hypertension have it under control (2019). Diabetes affects 18.9% of adults (95% CI: 13.6–25.1; 2022). The probability of dying between ages 30 and 70 from a noncommunicable disease is 20.4% (2021).
